How it tasted: Right when I mixed in the cheese I was like "wow this is looking pretty good." The pita bread held a good amount of this mixture and I actually ended up eating 1 1/2 half's of Pita bread b/c I made a little to much. Thought it was pretty good and will make again. My first time using egg-whites also, was pleased.

It's very tasty I got a friend hooked on them. He has made them more than I have.

ooh good one!

I'm not a huge fan of deli meat lately, so for myself I think I'll use shredded up leftover chicken from the night before. Whenever I make chicken breasts I always have leftovers and this is a perfect way to use them for lunch!
