Okay here is my background

5'9" 200 about 12-13% BF

I'm currently on a modified 5 X 5 program.

I want to get down to 8% BF

I should mention that it's hard for me to lose body fat!

My current diet looks like this

Breakfast
7:00 AM
4 Turkey Sauge Links
1 protein Drink

10:00
Can of Tuna

12:30
Subway - Turkey Salad, ton of vegeez and spicy mustard instead of salad dressing
Bag of Baked lays
Diet Coke

3:00
Can of Tuna

6:00
Two chicken breast
Protein Drink

10:00
Two Table Spoons of Peanut butter.

Is this a good diet or should I make changes?

Instead of the sausage why not include some sort of healthy fat like olive oil or fish oil? You could also add in some oats or whole grain cereal/bread if you wanted.

Add in some protein for the above meal.

In general it looks as though you are getting in plenty of protein, and really all you need is ~1g of protein per lb. of bw. Also add in more EFAs and healthy fats to your diet. Try adding in some fish oil, flax oil, olive oil, etc. into your diet. Shoot for ~25% of your daily calories from fat.
