Okay here is my background
5'9" 200 about 12-13% BF
I'm currently on a modified 5 X 5 program.
I want to get down to 8% BF
I should mention that it's hard for me to lose body fat!
My current diet looks like this
Breakfast
7:00 AM
4 Turkey Sauge Links
1 protein Drink
10:00
Can of Tuna
12:30
Subway - Turkey Salad, ton of vegeez and spicy mustard instead of salad dressing
Bag of Baked lays
Diet Coke
3:00
Can of Tuna
6:00
Two chicken breast
Protein Drink
10:00
Two Table Spoons of Peanut butter.
Is this a good diet or should I make changes?
