how's everyone dooing? i've been working out since JANUARY of 2003...and for everyday up until MAY 25, i went to the GYM and worked out for 5 days a week, for about an 1.5 hrs. a day.
i am lean, but not BONY/SKINNY, i was wondering on what i could do to BULK UP, i have seen SIGNIFICANT CHANGE in the way i look when i see myself w/out a shirt in the mirror.
i really want to BULK UP..any suggestions?
what should i do?
are there any routines that i should do to get MAXIMUM RESULTS?
my routine was taken from the BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA of ARNOLD SCHWARZNEGGER...
so that's that...
please help me out.
