On a cut? I really have gotten to the point where I don't give a rat's ass if I lose LBM. I just want to see this fat go away damnit. I know low carbs diets are usually ideal, but is dex really necessary post workout? My carbs are usually:
-oatmeal for breakfeast (27 carbs)
-3 slices of wheat bread throughout the day (33 carbs)
Right now, I probably intake around 100 carbs daily
If I just drank a protein shake, would my body convert it to glucose? Right now I take 3 tbspns (or 30 carbs) post workout with my whey.
Should I be taking this stuff after cardio too? I'm actually starting to crave this stuff in my post workout shakes :eek:
