That Volume is nuts...Good Luck with that, I'd die from that much volume.

really as far as total number of sets for the entire workout, this is about nomal for me maybe give or take a set.

im usually a low volume high intensity guy, but since im so close to the season i switch to a high volume medium intensty workout, which in the end still yields a very intense workout.

the weights re lighter and are easier on my joints in general, making sure there healthy for the season, i always change my trainig style to fit what ever stage of football season im in. and now its the summer and its high volume time..

wait till the off season in myjournal, you will see how my heavy workouts are constructed

Best of luck this year. I saw that you guys are ranked 3rd in D-III. Hope the neck is all healed up. Injuries suck. I look forward to seeing how you adapt your routine for the season.

3rd?? last time i checked they had us ranked like 8th, they had 4 teams we beat in the play off ranked above us, they arent even predicitng us to get out of the first round of the playoffs.

they expect us to win our conference and lose to mary hardin bylor in the first round in the battle for texas, but we out to prove all of our critics wrong
