hi
can anyone tell me if they sell glucose powder, corn sugar or dextrose or whatever the hell its called in tesco or sainsburys (i think we only have them in the uk.

why doesnt you go to the store and check? :)
and the 3 things you listed are 3 different types of sugar. you want dextrose or maltodextrin (or both!)

if your using maltodextrin in say glycocarb...do i need dextrose too?

really? i thought dextrose and glucose were two different things at least. wasn't too sure about corn sugar

dextrose = refined form of corn starch which produces glucose = simple sugar (monosaccharide)
