View Full Version : Macaroni and Cheese-Great Bulking Food

Does anybody else utilize macaroni and cheese as a part of their bulking diet? I find it very easy to eat the entire box in one sitting, and according to the label, 1 box of white cheddar macaroni is about 1200 cals and close to 40g's of protein, throw in a glass or 2 of milk to wash it down and I can turn it into an almost 1500calorie 50g's of protein meal, plus it tastes great and is quick and easy to make

Are there any other foods that are this calorie dense and this easy to make? I'm not trying to do a clean bulk, I'm just trying to get as many calories and as much protein as I can, since I have to try hard to get the ~3500-4000 cals and 200g's of protein I need to gain any weight at all

Lots of fat in mac and cheese if you use the butter.

Check out the recipe i posted: Its a big meal and tastes ohhh soooo good.

Fat: 10g
Protien 75g
