went to six flags for the day and this was my diet, i feel like ****

Wednsays Training log

Meal 1- 2 eggs w/ 2 slices of toast + slice of american cheese w/ cup of skim milk
Meal 2- Bowl of white rice w/ butter + post workout Whey protein shake
Meal 3- 12" subway w/ turkey +2 slices of cheese + mayo
Meal 4- fries w/ 3 stips of chicken fingers + cherry icee+ few nachos and cheese ( was at six flags all day)
Meal 5- bag of white rice w/ whey protein shake w/ skim milk

calories- 3300-3400


carbs- 367

protein- 140

Bad or what?? need some advice

thats sound pretty good for being at six flags, when ever i go to fairs or amusment parks or stuff like that mine is TEN times worse, dont sweat it, its only one day

hahah thx guys i jus felt bad bout the day but i know it wont hurt me i gotta eat some foods i like sometimes :hump:
