Have any of you got any diet liks? Differnent types of diets etc.

What type of diets have you been on what worked well/ did not work?

The idea is to be 10% by this summer but not lose any weight. Bf now is 15-20.

pay? i dont pay a damn thing for that site. it requires registration, but no cash that i know of. I just tried getting at some of the things on that site, I had no problemos.. maybe they just like me, or maybe its b/c you guys suck.. :) :D
