Back in April and May I ran a cycle of molecular t-1 ethergels three weeks at 300mg a day followed by 3weeks of ergopharm 1-Ad 600mg a day. During that time I had blood work done as I do every three months due to cancer i had several years ago. My doctor saw me for this months' checkup and told me the hep. (liver) blood profile was weird last time in May. He said it looked like the profile was contaminated or toxic or something. He said it has never looked like that before. He asked me about it but I didn't mention the PH to him, but could this be why? I didn' think this would reallly effect the liver to a degree it appeared on the blood level. Is this just a fluke or what? I didn't think 1-test would act like the oral AS on the liver functions. I will be checking on the new set of blood tests monday to see if they are normal this time. Anyway has anyone else heard of this happening before to anyone?:help:

I suggest you tell your doc about them.

AFAIK, they could indeed effect your liver.

i think it would be unusual but frankly the research has just not been performed. We can only compare 1-test to primo (they are structurally VERY similar) and that has been shown to be reasonably safe to my knowledge. It is not a 17 alpha alkyl compound so that is not applicable.

Let us know the new data

My answer would be no, while I agree you should share this information with you doctor these compounds have no inherent liver toxicity.

Keep in mind weight training or endurance training more specifically overtraining can elevate liver enzymes to levels that would look like liver damage in an untrained individual.

Also compounds like tylanol, aspirin, some antibiotics, alcohol, niacin can all elevate liver enzymes even when used sparingly.

If you are a "chronic overtrainer" I think you have your reason right their.
