I'm gonna get this freaking deep 6-pack even if it kills me and I don't have any muscle left :( . The middle and bottom of my abs and my lower chest is the most stubborn place, those places just DONT wanna let go of the last stubburn layer of fat, I'm confident once it starts going it will go all at once, since there is no more fat to take off elsewhere on my body lol. Anyways, I just want you guys to estimate my bf.

Thanks TheGimp... I'm pretty skinny though, but I know how to put on mass.. that will come after I acheive my goal of 5-6% bf.
Just for the heck of it here is a comparison of me when I was bulking 2 years ago 45lbs heavier than I am now.

I suck at estimating bf levels. I think you're somewhere around 9-10% if that means anything.

I say turn the cut around, its time for some size, dude. I think that at this bodyfat, with ten-fifteen lbs more lean mass, you'd have those cuts. But thats just the advice of a lifelong fatty.

And I'd say your bf is 8-10

Thanks, yeah my guess was 8-10 % too, I don't wanna add mass now because I want to reach 5-7% and then add size gradually and never go above 8% again.. dieting is a bitch and loosing that last layer of fat is riddiculously hard (for me anyways).

You were right, you're the most ripped you've ever been. The fat on your lower abs is begging to stay because it is living its final hours. Your shape is similar to what I was at the 2001 Olympia, errh I mean Provincial. Welcome to the anorexic bodybuilding club. :)

Lets see, I told you 9% last time. That would make you about 8.6%. j/k. That looks like 7-8% to me. Keep in mind, you will look more cut when you carb up because your skin will thighten up.

I think I'll end my diet here, I'm low enough, and I'm getting too small, I'm down to 140 lbs! :( my original goal was 6-7%, I think I'm close to that, if I were to compete, I would only need to dehydrate myself to look ripped.
I think now, I'll try the ABCDE diet, I've always wanted to try that, but was too fat, I think now is good time to start.

Loosing another 5lbs means going down to 135, I'm low enough, there is no real need for it unless I'd wanna compete, which I don't cause I'm too small.

hehe, I whish, I don't even find the clen works all that well, the first two weeks I was on clen, then I stopped and did an herbal fat burner, that is when the change was done and you said that the fat was melting off. I guess it depends on the person.

yeah, I might just do that to satisfy sinep so he'll see my abs *more* hehe. It would be fun to see my abs more though, but I'm just now starting to see the bottom abs, I think I would need to loose another 1 or 2% to see the last 2 completely. Perhaps if my abs would be bigger I would see them more.

I didn't do cardio right away, only started doing some after about a month of diet, I like to keep cardio as another weapon to use in the end :p. I did a 45 mins walk in the morning and 25 mins run at night about 4 times a week.

Look at the first pic in this thread, it's a bout 3-4 weeks in my diet, so you can imagine about what I looked like. I started at 153 lbs, I'm at 140 lbs now. Yeah, I'm skinny as hell, I started my diet after a 8 month layoff due to a shoulder injury during which I had lost about 20 lbs and not really in fat :(
