Morning!
Well, today I started my 12 weeks of the BFL program. I haven't been able to stick with a program since I quit my last BFL challenge in September. I was 8 weeks in, and making GREAT progress.
I had my "portion" of Carbs and Protein for breakfast. A cup of Oat's, mixed with a scoop of protein powder. Probably a few more carbs then most people eat in a meal, but I am following the BFL "diet" for the first 3 weeks, then I will incorporate my own diet that I wrote out a couple weeks ago in the D&N section.
Time for my upper body work-out.. will keep posted.
This journal is a great place to "report".
Update: Had a wicked, wicked, wicked upper body workout today!
Diet: 3 meals down so far, and #4 coming up at 3:30.
