A couple of questions:

1. After the loading phase, how much do you guys use?

2. After the loading phase, when do you take your creatine, before or after your workout?

1. Skip the loading phase research has shown that without the loading phase muscle creatine levels reach the same point in a 1 month period on 5-10g a day. Of course nothing beats a loading phase pump so it depends on you

2. Take 5-10g after a workout it will benefit you better if youtake creatine in your post workout shake your muscles will soak it up

1. you can load if you want. there is research that suggests loading and other research that suggests not to load. i personally think that it will even itself out.

i loaded when i first started taking creatine; it gave me stomach aches.

2. i take 5 or 6 grams only on days that i workout after i workout with my protein shake.

When I'm taking creatine, I take it after my workout dissolved in hot water with some Gatorade powder...makes a nice nuclear-colored power tea :D

1. Yes, you should load...for 2-3 days with 20g per day. Then, maintain with 2-3g/day.

Creatine post workout. No NEED to load, do it if you WANT. Like everyone else said.

Better absorption, most times the only high GI carb I take is after I lift.

That and your body craves anything you give it.

Did you know that the maintainance dose for race horses is 10 grams/day?

Makes you wonder about the doses some people take... :eek:
