George Foreman Grill

I love my george foreman grill, but I haven't been able to do anything creative with it. I'm tired of grilling chicken and spicing it with pepper and paprika. Any clever ideas/recipes you guys have come up with? Chicken? Veggies? Fish? Grilled cheese? Etc...

lol. Going to get one soon. Can't tell you what to prepare before I get the damn thing. You have to discover an oven's "style" before you can cook something good on it, dammit. :)

I just sprinkle some Fajita Seasoning on my chicken after it comes out. Sticks on fine.

Fajiti Seasoning.. You are now my god, Sun. Also, as I mentioned in a seperate post (by accident), toss some soy sauce or lemon sauce on chicken.. Other then that, all I gotta say is I love that grill. Quick cooking, quick cleanup.. Damn.
