Niice! I gained another two pounds this week. I'll be up past the minimum weight I need to train in no time...I can't wait! Just wanted to share that, cause I'm really excited, and no one else really understands why. My girlfriends think I'm weird, my family thinks I'm psycho, and my guy friends...I don't know what they think. I wonder what guys think about girls who weightlift. I think the general consesus was that it is cool in moderation; extreme definition is not attractive. Sorry to ramble, just wanted to share. :cool:

I have dated a gal that was heavy into bodybuilding, and I dug it. A gal who has some nice muscle(not freaky muscle), and is not over 18-20%BF is great in my opinion(Hell, I'll take one with higher BF%, but thats just me right now...). The gals that are difficult to look at are the ones that have deteriorated down to just skin and bones. Allie McBeal/Skeletore is not attractive, in my most humble opinion...

Personally I find a girl who lifts quite sexy. Even more so if she's nicely toned with a good six-pack. And if her arms are nice size and vascular :eek: .....damn...that makes me :drooling:
