Milk instead of water
I have read everywher ei should be drinking about 8 pints of water a day. I currently drink about 6 pints of semi skimmed milk a day and 2 pints of water. Is that ok, cause if i have to drink milk and water i may implode or leak

Any thoughts?

i would think 'water' would be considered something wet and good for you. i wouldnt sweat it. that's about the same that i drink everyday...tons of milk. milk has water in it, plus about 10 other things that are good for you anyway. i'd say just stick with what you've got.

your body mass is made up of roughly 70% water, and as a bb'er / athlete you need more water than the avergage Joe Couchtater. drink more water, it can improve your overall health more than milk.

it's recommended to drink 8 glasses of water a day, but once again, that goes for the sedentary folks.
