I don't believe that anyone has tried all the 5 versions,so the result of the poll won't tell us which one is the most effective..
I only have tried creatine monohydrate and it's ace.

Stay with monohydrate cell tech and some others add sugar and ohter junk.. stick with the pure cheap stuff
