french toast w/ hot strawberry sauce

-soak some ww bread in some eggwhites and stick 'em in the george foreman.

-nuke some strawberries in the micro (30 sec) and smoosh with a fork. add some sweetner. add a small pinch of cornstarch mixed with a ts water then micro again if it needs thickening.

-sf syrup

i sprinkle with cinnamon too
