I'm wondering if anyone has a power/oly lifting program. Right now I'm doing olympic lifting but since I have no plans to compete I would like to get a more rounded program.
This is an example of the program I'm doing right now:
Day 1
Overhead squats 4x5
Drop snatch 3x5
Snatch pulls from hang 3x5
Snatch deadlifts 3x3, 1x2(heavy)
Front squats 4x5
Good mornings 3x5
As you can see it is mostly olympic lifting. I would like to get a program that combines olympic lifting with strongman/powerlifting type of stuff. I really like overhead squats, power cleans and power snatchs.
Does anyone have a program that has a bit more benching, deadlifting, rowing etc?
