which leg excerises can u do using barbell's and dumbell's only?
Also how many excerises sets and reps should I use when working on my legs. I want to start working my legs I have only worked them on/off in the past.

Lunges, squats, cleans, kick the weights really hard for strong feet.

Front squats with an olympic style grip. I can not speak highly enough of these. What a great exercise.

I still like the idea of kicking the weights really hard for strong feet.

dont just do your quads, also do the posterior chain which is often very underestimated...
deadlifts, stiff-leg deadlifts, glute-ham raise, pull-through, sumo squat/deadlift, good mornings, etc

I thought good mornings are synonymous with SLDL's?
If not could someone please describe how they are different?
Whats is a ham raise?
What is a sumo squat?
