what percents of macronutrients should we have a day ( CARBS, Protein, FAts)

i always thought it was 45-55% carbs, 25-30% fat, 25-30% protein, what are ure percetages and what do you best support for bulking which im doing now.

The percentages are really not that important, and they will vary depending on your calorie intake. Just take in ~1g of protein per lb. of bodyweight, adequate amounts of EFAs (~25% of your daily calories from fat), and then fill in the rest of your daily cals with low GI carbs.
