What is your somatotype (endo, meso, ecto, etc.)?

The reason I ask, is that it seems from what I have read, that endomorphs get better results following a higher fat approach with carbs pretty much centered around their training. With that being said, an ectomorph would be able to get away with a higher carb approach, because ectomorphs are naturally lean and are naturally insulin sensitive.
How much difference will this make, I don't know, and in the end trial and error will be the best way to determine the best macro ratio.
I would stick with ~25% of your cals from fat, and then play around with the protein and carb ratios. Obviously you would not want to let protein drop below one gram per pound of bw, but 1.5g might be a bit excessive.
