Got 4 pics total, I've been slacking a lot recently with lifting. I've been lifting for around a year but have had a lot of times where I've gone 3-4 weeks without lifting because I got lazy. I'm back at it pretty hardcore and watching my diet. Anyways, here are the pics.

Looking nice so far! That's a good base! Just keep building yourself up. Another twenty pounds of muscle should do you well...
you're pretty well defined too, so don't be afraid of a bulk.

LOOKS good... but need more bulk... U look thin... what are your measurements? Height, weight and age?

Thanks a lot guys, I'm not really happy where I'm at since I've slacked so much, but it's nobodies fault but my own. Just gotta keep working at it.

I'm 20 years old, 5' 9", 155lbs. I would bulk, but I'm guessing right now I'm probably already at around 13-15% bf and would like to get it down before I do any bulking.

Cant really see your mid section but I would thing that 13 - 15 is a bit high of a guess. I wouldn't thing that a bulk would be a bad idea but everyone has different goals. Good luck on which ever you choose.
