As of late I've found myself eating 2 tv dinners (usually some sort of pasta) a day sometimes, in order to eat enough cals for my bulk. I was wondering if they were significantly high in trans fat?

check the ingredients for partially/fully hydrogenated oils, most foods with these oils have some trans fats, but we'll find out how much exactly when they start putting them on the nutritional labels by January I think..

it has olive oil and vegetable oil margerine.

The only thing hydrogenized is the soy protein in them.

The margerine would more than likely contain trans fats, but as to how much I am not for sure. If you are only eating a couple of these meals a day, I don't think there is any need for concern.

If you were to stick with the meals that were meat and vegetable based I would think the amount of trans fats would be lower, than say something that contained a lot of bread and/or sauces.
