Owing my tight budget for supplement, I'm looking for good recipe to make a home made weight gainer! Do u have ideas? tnx

Or go the milk, olive oil, honey, oats route, but it won't taste as good. ;)

Not one I use personally but one I've seen others use with results. ( I didn't say "good" results)
Peanut butter and ice cream are good bets. Concentrated margarita mix (although its really loaded with fructose) has quite a bit of calories in it too.
