Ok, so I've been taking around 40g of Dextrose/corn sugar after my workout with protein and creatine... However, I want to start taking N-Large2 weight gainer... It has 89g carbs and 23g sugar...

If im not mistaken, Maltodextrin is similar to Dextrose.. and Im guessing that represent most of the 89g of carbs... Then you have 23g of sugar which is what, Fructose?

How can I manage all of this? what should I do? Is every serving of N-large2 provide me with around 65g of Maltodextrin..? which could replace my Dextrose/corn sugar ?

maltodextrin is a glucose polymer. it's simply several molecules of dextrose held together by weak hydrogen bonds.

for post workout I would stick with the dextrose. if you are on a bulk you could use smaller servings of N-Large over the course of the day to bring up your cals...

well, when reading that page.. http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/archive/8/2002/08/3/166769
they make it seems like Dextrose and Maltodextrin are pretty similar...

Taking 40g of dextrose + 65g of Maltodextrin seem excesive for post workout carbs intake.. Im trying to cut on sugar... Wouldnt 65g of Maltodextrin be enough.. or good enough?

65g Malto would be good enough imo.
