How do I post a pic of myself?

I haven't got a website so how do I post pics of myself that come up on the forum?

1. Make a post and in the post screen under "attach file" select your file.
2. Once that is done, ask the moderators why it isn't appearing.:D

On this evidence do u think I should bulk or cut to look better?

pics are on webcam so are not much quality my chest looks a bit triangle how do I fix this?

Do u think I have progressed enough for about 9 months work or am I doing something wrong?

My bodyweight hasn't changed since I started training if anything I have lost weight even though I hear muscle is heavier than fat.

If I haven't progressed enough I will have to change my diet and eat even more.
