This is just something to spice up your chicken, and is really simple.
2 Skinless Chicken Breast
1tbs olive oil (extra virgin)
paprika
garlic powder
onion powder
Fresh Ground Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Heat the oil in a pan till it's very hot. Toss in your chicken and powder it with the Paprika, then lightly sprinkle on the other spices. Let it brown on one side, flip it and do the same to the other side. I like to use protein pasta with a skim milk alfredo sauce as a side dish, but you can do whatever.
