its just the act of your body rising in temprature isnt it? like on a eca, it causes thermogenisis? also when eating protein your body heats up-thermogenesis?

ThermoGenesis is a supplement... it might be an ECA stack , not sure... but yeah, I will also raise my body temperature 2-3 weeks before the show.
