So I lifted for the first time here at UMM....interesting smaller than my usual facility but good place, good people, actaully ended up meeting my new lfiting partner there today, it was pretty cool.

Flat BB Bench: Warmup 135x8, 185x5

205x5, 205x3, 230x2, 235x1

Just trying to get back in the feel of things here, 235 was light....good stuff what i like to see.

Decline Bench: 135x8, 185x5, 205x3

Good stuff...

Incline Bench: 95x8, 115x5

Need to work on these, i may switch to the smith long enough to build stabilization up a little more...but otherwise good.

DB Front Raises: 25x5, 25x5, 35x5

Good, shoudlers getting stronger, in all realilty i think the week break helped.

Upright Rows: 75x8, 75x8, 85x8, 95x8


Good workout, spent quite awhile because i talked a bit to this new lifting partner good guy. Happy i'm meeting people :)

It did just that...last night, i was rushed to the hospital at about 11 or so i was told...i ****ed up bad, b.a.l was .32 and i got pumped and they used that tar ****..it sucked. well i gotta do some **** so....oh and i'm obviously not lifting today. :mad:

Hope you recover ok bro. Gotta be careful on that alchohol. I work as a doorman/bouncer and I see some ugly sights because of it week in week out. Hope you learn from your experience. You know your lifting aint goin nowhere if all your cash is spent on beer instead of food and supplements. Hope you get back on track soon bro coz your workouts sounded good!

at this point i said **** it and mess around on the bike for another 5 minutes inclduing the 7 min warmup and the went and did some other ****, still need to recover...i'm eating like **** lately, ****ing horrible...even before the alcohol i have lost considerable appetite.

I'd say you could probably do with a day or 2 completely off. It might suit you well to get lots of rest. Sorry to hear about the alcohol incident. I know that's not any fun.

You'll probably have to work on getting your appetite back up. Just try to maintain eating 5 times a day consistently for a while. Maybe then add another meal in there and then start increasing the calories at certain meals. It takes time to get the appetite back up, especially after that incident with the beer. You'll bounce back in no time but don't rush it.

Skipping workout today, just got back from work, swinging an axe roached my lats and lower back, and switching between carrying the wood and using a wheelbarrow i got soem grip work in too. Felt good to mix it up a bit and get paid for it :)

Been going easy lately in the actual gym, one i don't have one right now and two i've been keeping busy with manual labor.

I went into a trance a couple of days ago and dreamed about doing strongman comps as i had to move some stoves for the guy i worked for i rigged up one of the mechanic wheelie things and sat two stoves on that and then rigged up a harness....:P i got a few weird looks, it was sweet.

Damn, i've been neglecting this thing....I've been working out at home lately, it's not the gym but it does what it needs to, i've been slowly buying a few things lately, stuff i've wanted for a while.

Diet's been good, i've been eating really well lately now that i'm home :evillaugh

Lifting as been good lately, I'm benching 230 for three solid reps now, squat is around 290, i rigged up something with cement blocks and a bar to do them, and i find myself wandering in the woods with an axe lately, just chopping away at different angles, i wanted to mix things up and i'm letting my imagination take over on that one. finally :D

Other items of interest: got myself a new girl, i'm really happy with how things are going, slow but that's how i want it, i'm sick of one night stands to be honest and waking up not knowin who the person beside you is. So i'm going steady with this one, treating her right. We'll see how it goes, i'm excited.

Again, didn't feel like adding weight, but they do the job

BB Rows: 60x8, 60x8, 60x8, 60x8.....These were obviously nothing, i just didn't feeling like adding weight.

Full/Half/quarter sqauts: 60x8/60x8/60x8

For most of this i was taking a freind through the exercies and we were just doing most of it with this weight.
