Well, I prefer the Peanut butter option, because the protein content is existent, but I do not know that much about the Udo's choice oil. And for B, olive oil is the choice, because olive oil is very good for you.

A) if you had to pick a better choice of fat, would pick;
1 Tbsp peanut butter (95 cals 8.5g fat, 4.5g pro, 2.5g carbs)
or
1 Tbsp udo's choice oil (135 cals, 14.5g fat, 0g pro, 0g carbs)
i wanna add one of these to my breakfast meal... :) also...
Well it would depend on the other fat sources in your diet, but for overall EFA content I would chose the Udo's. If you are taking in suffecient amounts of n-3 and n-6 fats, then you could go with the peanut butter, which IMO tastes better.:)
B) if you had to chose;
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
or
1 Tbsp olive oil
thanks!
Olive oil would win hands down in my book.
