Not something you want to do often... but the real question is - did they taste good? ;)

A more important question would be what does the rest of your diet look like?

I am not familiar with the food in question.

It is not necessarily bad to consume large meals, but I would make sure that you are getting in enough of the essential macronutrients (protein and EFAs). According to your fitday account you only had 78g of protein which is not enough, and doubling your protein intake would probably be a good idea. At least shoot for 1g per lb. of bodyweight.

Also increase your intake of essential fatty acids. You are getting a lot of fat in your diet, but the type of fat you are consuming is what I am suggesting you change.

Once you make these changes then you can adjust your carb intake as needed according to how many calories you are trying to eat each day.

Jaffa cakes are pretty bad (chocolate, some spongey sweet bread, and orange jello for you yanks)..you should know that since they taste so good! A cup of tea with some Jaffa cakes is the shiznit tho.
