I'm about 197 lbs. and 6' 2" pretty much walking around at work all day as a waiter and currently trying to bulk.

Breakfast is 3 whole eggs 1/3 cup whites(sometimes ham, cheese and/or onions for some flavor)

Weight gain shake
1 cup oats
2 cups 1% milk
2 tbsp Natural Peanut butter
1 1/2 scoops protein

Lunch
Tuna can
1 1/2 tbsp mayo
2 slices whole wheat bread

2 chicken breast
1 cup veggies

preworkout 1/2 scoop protein
18g of dextrose

workout

post workout shake
1 scoop protein
50g of dextrose

dinner
10 oz of chicken breast
1/2 - 3/4 cup of veggies
1/2 cup canned sweet potatoes in water

throw in 1 1/2 cup peanuts for snacks

also before bed I have a half weight gain shake

hows in lookin so far?

You could probably increase the amount of carbs in your pre/post workout shakes, and also try and get more omega 3 fats in your diet. Everything else looks good to me, assuming that your calories are at the correct level (gaining a small amount of weight each week).:)
