I'm looking to cut down some fat and see whats under all the flab I got laying around. Just need some suggestions because as of right now I don't have enough food on my diet.
I'm 5'7 175 lbs. Fat percent is somewhere in the low teens.
Meal 1:
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
2 slices wheat bread
Meal 2:
2 scoops protein
w/ skim milk
Meal 3:
2 hamburgers
wheat bun
Meal 4:
2 scoops protein
w/ skim milk
Meal 5:
2 chicken breasts
Meal 6:
2 scoops protein
w/ skim milk
2114.2 Calories; Fat = 61.4; Carb = 14204; Protein = 248
I think I need to add some more carbs here and there. Maybe some type of vegetables; need suggestions. Thanks.
