I'm looking to cut down some fat and see whats under all the flab I got laying around. Just need some suggestions because as of right now I don't have enough food on my diet.

I'm 5'7 175 lbs. Fat percent is somewhere in the low teens.

Meal 1:
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
2 slices wheat bread

Meal 2:
2 scoops protein
w/ skim milk

Meal 3:
2 hamburgers
wheat bun

Meal 4:
2 scoops protein
w/ skim milk

Meal 5:
2 chicken breasts

Meal 6:
2 scoops protein
w/ skim milk

2114.2 Calories; Fat = 61.4; Carb = 14204; Protein = 248

I think I need to add some more carbs here and there. Maybe some type of vegetables; need suggestions. Thanks.

*** Replace with some oats.

Meal 2:
2 scoops protein
w/ skim milk
*** 1-2 tablespoons of flax oil

Meal 3:
2 hamburgers
*** Replace it with some brown rice
Meal 4:
2 scoops protein
w/ skim milk
*** Garden salad with some regular dressing.
Meal 5:
2 chicken breasts
*** More rice, or pasta and some greens( boiled, steamed)

Meal 6:
2 scoops protein
w/ skim milk

[B]2114.2 Calories; Fat = 61.4; Carb = 14204; Protein = 248

This should boost your caloric intake to about 2400

First off ....... TOO MANY PROTEIN SHAKES.

Lose at least one of them and add some Egg Whites instead. Do with the carbs as my good friend Maki Suggested. Also, as you come close to your goals, lose the hamburgers and replace with a tuna salad.
