a new british pro is 2 wks into is diet, his name is Trevor Couch, he is doing the dutch & the british grand, he is hovering around 286lbs at the moment and in easonable shape he as a similarity to orvile burk and ronnie coleman and beleive me this guy is geneticaly gifted here are a few shots taken 18 months ago guesting in the ibfa mr europe in sapri Italy

trevor is 5ft 11", im working on getting him to do a video hopefully in the next 5 to 6 wks ill keep you posted
