I have thought about starting an online journal for awhile. I figure at the very least this will be yet another form of motivation, and another way to get information and a kick in the ass when I need it.
info will be more detailed as time goes on so bear with me and watch your little boy grow up....:D

woke up at 7:30
ate
1 can of tuna packed in water
1 cup lowfat yogurt
1 cup cottage cheese 1% milkfat
2 cups of oatmeal small amount of sugar(pinch)
12 oz 2% milk
12oz water

meal two+three
1 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup cottage cheese
1 can of tuna
1 liter of water

Tonight will be interesting as I am heading back to the gym after a shoulder injury so I will be taking it easy. I have been running,and doing pushups to keep it light and remain active.
Yet I feel "squishy"

I will not be able to add workout info till the am.
weight and stats will come tomorrow for the sake of accuracy
I am getting about 3800 cals and 430 grams of protein a day with about 190 grams of carbs. so we will see how this diet works.
I plan on doing a lot more cardio until the "squishiness"is gone.

I worked out chest and was very discouraged
I am starting back up slow and nowhere near as intense as usual...which is rough.. But I do not want to have to take time off again for the Ole' shoulder. Usually do sets of four but again I am taking it easy.

Oh and I am bulking.
I am going to attempt to see how cleanly I can do it I will keeping tweaking my diet until I find a program that works.
In a few weeks I begin a cycle and once I begin three weightgainer 900 shakes and slim fast and anything else I decide to add will be added .

woke up late today...
threw 2 cups oatmeal in nukebox.
jumped in shower...
ate 2 cups oatmeal 1 cup cottage cheese
2 pieces wheat bread w/peanut butter
got to work and inhaled 1 can of tuna.

will have to go home for lunch...dammit
after work I will be doing arms tonight<after laundry and .....eating of course>
I am usually pretty good about keeping shoulder involvement out of my exercises so there will be no excuse for being a pussy..

2 4 oz cups of yogurt
about a cup and a half of 1% cottage cheese(knk brand. Sodium content is through the roof)never again.
1 cup of apple sauce.
2 burritos(not my favorite bu was prolly the healthiest thing I read at the store. carbs are a little high but they had 4 g of protein and like 2% of my daily value of vit C!!!!!:D :rolleyes:

Yeah tell me about it . Beginning of the month all the bills hit and this is what is left in my fridge. I was in a hurry .
Not so much strange as bland. Thank god for tabasco.
It would usually consist of a protein shake with peanut butter in it.
a few chicken breasts......Actually ,....wait this is normally what I eat but usually in much larger amounts.
I do not have a whole lot of time to prepare complex savory dishes so variety and flavor are sacrificed.
My diet mostly consists of the $hit at the top of the post.

what would you recommend?

Im a big fan of steak when cash allows. Also for a postworkout meal I thought the carbs should have been higher to replace lost glycogen. Maybe replace that glass off milk with some fruit ju7ice or even better a piece of fruit.

After this friday it will be all good.
I was thinking more along the lines of a ground beef burger on the grill .(protein,carbs)
I am so hungry right now. One of the thinngs you never really consider beforehand. is much like a bigger engine your body needs more fuel as you grow.
My whole life is like centered around eating..I get hungry every two hours and damn it get out of my way if I miss a meal.

I swear I get all dizzy if I don't eat every three hrs. at least. I gotta go stomach's growling

This weekend was $hit. I swear I lost ten lbs....
On the way to the bank I witnessed a 12 yr old kid on a bike go zipping out into traffic right behind an escort and RIGHT in front of an expedition going like thirty.It knocked him straight down and out of his shoes..........It was hilarious!!!!
He got up and ran around in circles holding his ass.:D :D

Subsequently .....on the way back from the bank a sensor on my car failed I overheated and blew a head gasket.:swear:

I swapped it in about 7 hrs but I did not eat right all weekend and had to prioritize this before the gym. I know....
I feel skinny and had nightmares about it...
Back to the gym today...hittin hard and eatin like a damn horse..

By some miracle of god I weigh 211. Overall between cycles I lost 4 lbs. Most likely due to not eating properly on a few occasions
I am regaining my strength from my shoulder injury.
Overall last night I felt awesome.
went home and my neighbor knocks on my door and asks if I want a steak.. Hmmmmmmmmm lemme think about that.
It was probably the best steak I have ever had..especially at 12:30 in the morning..Stayed up and made a big pot of spaghetti with 4 lbs of grd chuck for the next few days.

My shoulder has not been giving me any problems thus far= me happy..
I am still nowhere near the hulking beast of a man that I want to be though...In spite of the fact that I doubled the dosage of my Flintstone's chewable vitamins. Today is arm day...YAY!!

So far I have devoured :
a big ass tupperware thing of ground beef with spaghetti in it
A tub of yogurt
some cottage cheese
and I think one of the cans of tuna on my desk is talking smack to me and must be dealt with accordingly.TAKE that !! Bizzatch!!

That is because I no longer care. I no longer eat...I consume .....in a vain attempt to fill the cavernous void that is my stomach. I swear I have yet to achieve that full feeling dammit. I take one bite and have to $hit. it's like a neverending cycle.
Tonight I am going to wear depends and go to a buffet somewhere. That'll alleviate the lightning fast metabolism issue.HAH!

hey there, just stopped in..... good luck with the goals! looks like you got everything under control. What supps are you taking?

Are those reverse grip tricep pull downs your doing for those tricep pulldowns to the rear? If so, I say keep em! I do those and they are an important part of getting my arm size up, but in all honesty if you notice your arm tapings not improving, then that is when I would change to something else - until its broke dont fix it!

hey there, cool. I dont know much (well, actually nothing) about the test and tren, I got enough homework now with school that I havent had time to even think about researching that.

Seems you are taking the recommended dosage from my quick looking around on the web last night. I saw some upped the dosage after a few weeks at 75mg to twice that, not sure if that is the norm though. Maybe when I get some more time over break next few weeks I can get more educated on this.....they also like to use a lot of abbreviations for stuff which makes it even more difficult to figure out the mechanics of everything as a whole.

FRom what I know your body can only use so much tren.
I increased the dosage to about 100 mg's a day in a previous cycle and the androgenic proprties reared it's ugly head in the form of a violent acne outbreak. So I will stick with 75 for now.

Last cycle was tren only. Which made for vivid realistic disturbing dreams.
Stacking test is supposed to alleviate that.
I am into week 1 and I have not slept well to begin with for the past couple weeks.
Last night I dreamt I was in a beat up old boat of a car driving across a frozen wasteland to the end of a peninsula. The ocean had washed away the frozen road that we were to drive up to the cabin on. It was snowing so we walked ....it fuzzes out after that. .....I know....I always wake up feeling exhausted and groggy.
My mind is just too damn active at night.

Looks like the training is going well bro. Dnt worry about those triceps though. Personally I think you are overtraining them. You hit them once a week directly in your arm session and another two times indirectly in your chest and shoulder sessions. Maybe try doing them after shoulders! Let me know what you think of the enanthate as I have never used it before but ive got some on order.

I am currently using 750mgs' a wk split up into three injections to keep the hormone levels more stable. I think I like it so far. have a definite sense of well being.

On a less pleasant note.

I have puffy nips from hell that are sensitive.
My hair follicles are not clinging to my scalp with their usual vigor.

I believe DHT is the culprit. regardless I am a little over a week into the cycle so you can imagine my dismay.:cry:

I am not willing to accept hairloss .
It does not run in my family so I never worried.
I am now worried. If I cannot find something to correct/remedy the situation I am done.
Other than that I feel great. :rolleyes:

I am consuming probably about 5500 calories a day and that is apparently overkill. I am cutting out one of my 1200 calorie (appx) shakes. for this next week though I will cut out two. I am very unhappy with the recent fat gain. I would rather lose a good week of bulking than give myself something to work off later.

stand perpendicular to the cable pulldown with the pulley on the highest setting. and pull down in a latersal up and down motion. You have to stay upright to keep chest involvement to a min.

Okay here was my day yesterday after the work thing.

Thursday......
Started a-bombs today.
Three days and still no sex after getting woken up by head every morning the last two months. My nuts were hurting so badly last night I was nauseous and they were the size of racquet balls and about the same color. After getting into an argument and leaving for the gym only to come back cuz my nutz hurt so bad I made a final attempt to munch the furburger and got shot down .
I just said'Fcuk it. and told her I was going into the bathroom to rub a couple out.

Thank god actually. I woulda blew right threw the end of any condom and about passed out. and then had to do it again with about the same results. My nuts still hurt but were at least smaller now. And I slept better too.

Well I made sure I did things right yesterday. I have felt like I needed to increase the intensity and volume of my efforts over the past couple days. The final oomph was provided coincidentally by the same observation made by a certain "Equally Offensive Opportunist". SO I went into the gym and Increased all of my sets by two to six. I made the trip home and had a delicious pre-workout shake and some mac and cheese. relaxed for a half hour and headed to the gym.

Thoughts on the gym.
One of the trainers in the gym has like seven bodybuilding titles.
SO he is doing detail day apparently and is wrist curling like 110. WHen he is done he just lets the bar roll off his hands and go slammimg to the floor. So this old guy comes over to him and starts asking if he has heard or seen anyone slamming weights down or more to the point if it was him. Imagine a 6' something 250 lb guy say"Oh, well I would NEVER do that!" This is how I do it" (as He sets it down feather soft).
And then I hear him educating a couple of guys on how he got so big as I am doing one arm preachers."Just up the protein and lower the carbs.That's all. I was eating 18 cans of tuna a day.:eek:I just turned around and looked at him and caught his eyes and the guys looked at me maybe trying to figure out my incredulous look.
So I am in the grocery storeabout an hour and a half later. and there are these guys with a basket full of Tuna crouched down reading the labels. I had to leave lest I begin to laugh hysterically.

hey bro' uhm....yup that is definitely more volume! you got more volume in there than I do. I gets 11-13 total sets per BP split between 3 exercerses per BP.

What you got there is 30 sets for triceps (5 exercises), 16 sets for forearms (3 exercises), and 12 sets for biceps (2 exercises). Although I applaud your approach, your arms must be hating you today bro'

This is exactly how my workouts USED to look, and although I developed a LOT of strength from this, I wasnt growing. Course I wasnt on any special supplements either.....If you can keep this pace and grow, then that would be awesome! but only you and consistant tapings every 4 weeks will know if this will work for you.

I do think you need to evaluate your routines a bit more though. This is your chest workout on 9 sept =

KENN: I agree with you totally and this is partially due to memory and the way I do things. the realization I came to is that I do not keep track of progress well enough to kep pushing myself.I plan to actually keep a physical journal to carry with me into the gym so I know exactly what and how much to increase, I think this will help tremendously. I have also been switchin $hit up too much lately as well. I was going from doing chest/tri's and shoulders on one day to concentrating on chest and then back. Trying to decide what I liked best. Now I believe that I will concentrate on one bp a day again with the increased volume so as to keep the time in the gym down. I want to retain the four exercise aspect of my "routine" but I am going to have to continue to mess with reps/sets and the actual exercises themselves. I know I have made gains. I have just been sloppy and this past week and a half has made for a lot of thought and rethinking and reorganizing. I REALLY don't wanna be THAT guy sitting on a piece of equipment mulling over a little book but dammit that is what it is going to takeIMO. I will begin tonight and am going to push myself to the very limit so as to show my gains. for myself and for you.... my fans....*sniff*

I agree, some people spend TOO much time with their head in the notebook, but with some pre-planning you can cut out a lot of time flipping pages in your book and scratching your head looking for stuff.

set up a routine outlining your different exercises for what day and print that out seperately to staple to the back of your notebook. this is your guideline.

then BEFORE you get in the gym, writein your notebook what exercises you are going to be doing, leaving 2 columns/spaces for reps and weight below that. Then look back in the notebook and see what weight you did for what reps previously, and write this down in the first column/space you left. NOW your ready to go in the gym.

When in the gym working out, enter your weights and reps in the second column/space next to the first one. This allows you to compare your previous workout with the workout you are currently doing.

Keep this cycle going, and you should be in your book a few seconds after each set AND you will have a way to gauge progress. Get all the analyzing done Before you get in the gym! :bow: GYM TIME IS SACRED :bow:

you'll always be changing reps and sets bro' thats another key to the whole puzzle. you just gotta be consistant with one or the other to mazimize the results. Whatever rep/set scheme you come up with, have that stapled to the back of the notebook and follow it for a few weeks before changing again.

IMO thats why WBB routines work, as well as MAX OT and others (like my own). These all have consistant rep/set schemes to follow. None is better than the other, just different.

I think I had a nightmare about attempting to open a six pack of lizards in the middle of the desert with my teeth and broke a tooth. I ALWAYS have recurring dreams about losing,breaking ,or having loose teeth and I think it has something to do with having to endure the inherent trauma associated with having braces....I still cannot stand popcorn and the evil it posesses....

I did not SKIP them essentially. My form on them suffers greatly so I searched the gym for a reasonable facsimilie.Dammit I weigh 225. My lats are not that strong yet. I will work my way up to them to a point where I am comfortable. I do not like the image of myself hanging and squirming and wriggling my way up over the top of the bar whilst turning shades of maroon for a measley four reps. I am not in the gym to entertain others and I assure you this MUST be a very amusing display.

I was walking away from the bench when I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror on the opposite wall. At first I thought it was distorted like a fun house mirror.Y'know how you get all short and wide looking? well it turns out I am actually getting that wide.:eek:
I hate my tri's they are getting strong but just not growing instantaneously like I require to be satisified. I am now feeling the full effect of everything as far as eating habits attitude,drive and hella strength. I have arrived. Finally slamming as much water as I can hold too.
I liike the newplan of attack a lot and expect some dramatic gains over the next few weeks.
I will continue to push myself like this and implement this plan tonight on shoulders and back.

uhm...about your cals, hell I drink the skim nonfat milk, and Im still gaining, dont need the whole milk for that (no need to add more fat than you have to your diet)!

just make sure you gets around the same amount of calories each day. You probably need more than 4500+ to gain on your bulk since your pushing more weight in the gym than I am right now, and I only need 3300 cals at the moment to gain a pound a week. You could have a very high metabolism as well, which would make gaining difficult as well as expensive on the wallet for food.

so yeah, hopefully you gained a bit of weight that was a lot of food!!!!

My meal totals yesterday are very accurate in amounts and what I ate. To give you an Idea I went into the gym and weighed myself.*227* That is how much damn food I ate. I did not even take a dump for the rest of the night either. I told "Intertwined Nerve cell" that I would start listing all of my meals again. so I will folow up with that after last night's stuplendiferous arm workout.

man I work in the tanning industry(that's why when everyone let's loose with uneducated droppings in the form of opinions on the subject I go into tirades.) TD made a comment on me having a peephole in the tanning rooms. That's all. I actually start up peoples salons for them. But I train employess at the salons that the company owns. where all the dancers go and such.:D

I was actually relieved when I had eaten enough cocheese and got to the tuna. RELIEVED. But my stomach was letting me know that for as much as I blocked out the taste and texture(I bought the 4% milkfat kind,never again) IT was still very much upset about the fact that I let the cocheese come to dinner unannounced. I am sure my ass will alert me of it's disapproval later in the form of magma feces.
I swear I carry TWO tubes of chapstick lately.
One for my lips .......and the other for my asshole.

Now if I can just remember which pocket has which.

I live in a miniscule apartment so that happens a lot. I am always eating I quit counting calories and I just eat. NO! I refuse! I will keep cramming my ass ito 34's as long as I can suck it in...I had to crap that is all. That and I apparently feel ill when I do not make it to the gym. I forgoed the leg aspect as my turbo clunker left me in an intersection when I dumped the clutch too soon and the advanced auto parts AMERICAN starter took a **** and decided to let me sit there. Needless to say I had to push with all my little heart to get the ****er out of the intersection uphill before I got plowed. My car weighs 3800 lbs w/o the roll cage and my legs were on fire. this was no twenty second ordeal. I showed up at the gym 5 minutes later panting with sweat dripping off of everything. ****ing car.I felt like I was running inplace for an hour.you try singlehandedly push starting this thing .

On a different subject. I had posted ealier this year about my dreams and how facked up the are. They seem to sync up with the neuroses the rest of you guys have(i,e; fighting in slow motion and inflicting no damage,Jumping very high in the air flying whatever).Then they just became so odd that they fit no description of anything. I still have recurring nightmares about losing teeth. Prolly from having braces. then I had one last week about a guy I know driving me through the gate of a drawbridge to the very end as it was insanely high in the air to make way for a damned submarine to pass under...

ANyway I am now beating people I know within an inch of their lives in my dreams and they don't do a whole lot to deserve it.
Not people I like,people I KNOW. I think my subconscious is compensating for me having to endure swimming in a sea of imbeciles by letting me throttle the crap out of them at night.

Yeah your dreams are pretty abnormal dude! I've seen some very well preserved 40 year olds but being she's married you made a wise choice .....nothing like cutting another man's grass to get yourself in some deep $hit! And besides you work with her so THAT would eventually SUCK.

What kind of angle are you using for the incline DB presses? High, low, medium incline? I was wondering because I'm obviously a lot less strong then you are, but I now use 80lbs DBs for low incline presses. Am I doing something wrong?

Holy arm day Batman!! I continue to surprise myself since ceasing the Anadrol. Weight gain is steady and strength is skyrocketing. One theory is possibly the A-bombs were enhancing metabolic rate also and burning everything I ate? I dunno but I am never going to take them again. My ****ing wrist splints were killing me! It has nothing to do with Dumbell over barbell,or ez over straight.Just the ****ing weights. They are heavy and I feel like my forearms are going to snap in half. I hate this. They did get better for awhile.Npw they just ****in hurt. I woke up at 4 and had a shake thismorning.

1 glass of cranberry juice and a ****load of water to fill up the rest of my stomach cause my back is breaking out like bitch again and I am training employees at work that have been here years longer than me and my manager is a moron that resembles a bobbig head doll that you whack in the head before striking up conversation as she sits there shaking her head not hearing a word you say but agreeing with all of it.
