Whats the hype with B-12

I take vitamin B complex with my ala almost every meal

I just wonder why B-12 is overhyped & avalible in injectable, I mean I see these on ebay!!!

whats next injectable vitamin C???

Hmm I dunno, i take the b12 liquid in the mornings also. The one you hold under your tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow. I think it gives you energy? I've been taking it so long I wouldn't know hehe.

Well a lot of gear users use it because it is supposed to increase appatite, in addition to energy. I really dont know how much better injectable is than any other form.

Hmm, a friend of mine told me about this.. Supposedly his doctor was able to give him a shot of B-12 limited to 1/mo(which was supposedly how long it was effective). Injected into the muscle it is supposedly sorta time-release. Not sure though, Ive never tried. Just yappin what a friend said.. :P
