ok this might be a stupid ass question however if i dont ask i wont know, i know alot of guys buy the rotissere chickens at the store, how would el polo loco compare, as far as easy chicken is concerned?????????

Salt isn't the worst thing for you. Depends how much the rest of your diet has. I used to stay away from salt, now I use it a bit. Not a ton though. Here and there isn't had for you unless you have health problems.
