Hey,

I wanna start on an HIIT program and just bought a pulling sled to use. I was wondering in what ways I could use the sled in the program?

pull it real fast, then slow down, etc. :)

Hmm...good idea, how far should I do this for? 100M?

pull it as hard as possible till you can't pull it anymore, rest, then repeat. that's what HIIT is :)

if you're measuring time/distance, then you're doing HIIT incorrectly. as the workout continues then the intervals should probably shorten slightly anyway
