At the store, and got some of the Starkist tuna in the bag , the sweet and sour flavor. It rocked! No need for any dressing, eat it out of the bag. In comparison the flavoring slightly increased the sodium and calories, but far less than any condiment you would ever put on plain tuna. Try it!:D

I've been eating the **** outta that too..that's the only tuna that I can eat without any mayo at all..everytime I go to the grocery, I buy a bunch of cans but I always have to pick up 2-3 packets of the sweet and sour..the garlic and herbs isn't too bad neither..

is it liquidy, or is it a dry seasoning?

Not liquidy at all, very firm, you can eat it without draining it,no dressing needed!

I liked the bbq flavored one too, but the zesty lemon pepper or something was gross!

That stuff is good, but the best is Bumblebee Albacore White in water. Mix w/some fat free miracle whip, some good mustard, chopped onions, ground pepper and maybe a dash o' tobasco sauce. Put on some whole wheat bread... da bomb!

Albacore is much better than the cheap stuff.

I'm with soul, the lemon pepper leaves little to be desired, the sweet and sour is damn good though.

My favorite tuna-in-a-pouch is Starkist Hickory Smoked flavor. I've been eating this every day for about a month now and haven't gotten tired of it yet. Tastes great.

zesty lemon was horrible! But the hickory smoked is where it is at!

IT ALL SUCKS. After a 4 month cut, I have grown to hate tuna with a passion. Yes, even the cute little flavored ones! Gimme some chicken breast...or canned crab meat. mmmmmmm yummy
