tuesday, arm day, just did mainly biceps on that day, all ifelt like doing, warmed up with 90lb barbell 10times, peice of cake.
moved up to 125, 35lb bar and 2 45lb plates, curled that baby 5x2 put on an extra 10lbs makin it 135 and did it 2-3 that i remember, just to see what i could do. now my knees hurt at today in m y leg day, what fun! weighed in at 194lb also

255x5 all myself
260x5 help with the last one

also takin the last 2 weeks of weight gainer i have, and switchin back to protein, maybe i can get the bulk of muscle back from there - the fat

during the summer i bulked from 177lb to 195... saw basically no fat increase from then, so im just gonna get off the weight gainer for now, eat about 200+ of protein a day and see how it goes from there

im really lookin for the mass of muscle not the weight of fat at the moment, when i look like i can rep that much, then ill know im on the right track

135x10 warm up
185x5 warm up
225x5 warm up
felt the burn on that one for a couple days
thursday bench with dumbells
75x15 warm up
95x7 warm up

thnks. hm leg days, wed is supposed my leg day. been laggin on that. but on wed i did my calfs for about 5min and that was about it. i got like 14.5" calfs or some****, my arms are bigger, really funny, i just dont see the moto to make the legs bigger. one day ill start squatin. never done em before

Must squat.

Do yourself a favor and do a search for "squats" and "leg day".

Working legs helps your entire body grow. Especially compound exercises like the squat and deadlift. (Squats work not only the legs but the glutes, back, abs, arms, traps, shoulders, etc etc...)

but inner elbow area injured, musta pulled it while armwrestlin thursday, oh does it suck, no curls for me tmw:(

after 2 weeks of resting my arm wrestlin injury on my right arm, puttin off bench and curling this week im gettin back into it.
just to get my muscles back into it and make sure my arm is better i just messed with 120x5x5

legs r today, then well see about bench thursday. im eatin 9 eggs for lunch mmmm

did legs today, i think themachine was called plate weighted squat press. never did it before, only been training legs for 2 months did 495 8 times. not bad. worked calfs inthere too.

i also ate alot today, so if i keep eating like this ill explode in size for sure, just 200 grams of protein a day thats f'in HARD

did chest and back today and shoulders.

270x0 at this point my elbow shot pain through out my body, go thing i used a spotter for this one dropped instantly
ididnt know how bad 2 weeks off due to injured arm couldmess up my bench. i felt so week

iso lateral shoulder press (i think that was what it was called)
3 plates on each side, 5 reps of those,pretty dam clean.

Nice strength dude. I hear you on injury from arm-wrestling. I never do that anymore, even though I was the arm-wrestling king at my school. After I took on about 3 different strong guys, my elbow pain was horrible.

Again, your benching is great, I hope you heal up soon. I like reading through your WO's.

alright today oct 22. weighted squat press 535x5 final set.. goal 600 by dec.. and decided to run today for 10min at 6.5-7mph burned 100.01 cals:) u think doing that 4 times a day will benifit in my appearance?

well as of right now, mon is flat bench, back, is i get to it shoulder shrugs, and sometimes abs. kinda

tues- bi's tri, and maybe shoulders

wed leg day

thursday, incline bench, back, shrugs, whatever else i feel like doing that i missed durin the week,

fri sat sun off

shoulders really killin me today, did the dumbell flat bench, so i punched my right shoulder hard as hell repead until it was numb

70x10 dumbells
85x7 dumbells
95x7 dumbells
100x7 dumbells
then shoulder REALLY took its toll at 105x3 dumbells

this is REALLY pissing me off, this shoulder is gonna ****ING weaking my god dam ass. sdghdfaghdfghiugh kjghgh dfslg!#$"#P9

i just read through your whole journal and its looking good man, your strengh is there but you just need to get over some of your injuries and get back to 100%.

Anyways hows your diet doing you never mentioned anything about that. Good luck man your lucking good so far.

well my diet is c razy, last month i would eat the calories needed, 3000-3500 a day, but only get like 120-150 g of protein.

the past month iv been taking 6 servings of protein a day, so that puts me around the 150g-160g of just that. so i get around 200+ a day, but the cals are around 2500 i am guessing. but my weight went from 197lb to 201lb so the protein seems just what i needed.

mon-thurs ill be this protein freak, fri-sat im lucky to get in 100g a day. and 1000 cal, sun i try to break th is, sometimes i do, sometimes i dont
