Few questions.:)
Are you losing weight, and if so how much per week? What is your current bf%? Are you performing carb ups every week? How many days a week do you workout? Are you performing cardio?

yes i am losing weight, not sure how much(keto diets, it fluctuates with water loss daily). BF not really sure but i believe around 14(bioelectrical impeadance). i preform a 36 hour carb up every saturday morning through sunday night. i work out 3 days a week(M,W,F), with a home depletion workout sat. morning(HIIT,chins, pushups, etc.). i do cardio after every time i work out 30 min. on treadmil, 4 MPH, uphill, it says 285 cals burned.

It sounds as though your calories are at an acceptable level, and as long as you are not dropping weight too fast I would not be concerned.
I would recommend weighing yourself every Friday or Saturday morning upon waking, which should give you an accurate measure from week to week, in order to track your progress.
