lucky, I go to sleep at like 11 if I'm early :(, ~6 hours of sleep sux.

advice : eat more at home, pack your lunch. eat 4-5 larger meals instead of 5-6 smaller ones.

You could always add in liquid calories.

You are a college student, and take ADD medication.

You say you'll have to 'pretend to swallow them and spit them out'. I assume you mean the medication. College students at stamford are not given pills they would need to 'pretend to swallow', they choose what they want to take.

Give me a break, and quit playing.

I would bring snacks to have between classes. Just something you can fit in you backpack or pockets. Little packs of nuts work well for myself. If you don't have an appetite then it's time to force feed yourself. Either you want it or you don't. There's no way around it.

My suggestion would be to either take some kind of weight gainer or maybe be a little less strict on your diet and have some more calorie dense foods. With some calorie-dense foods, you could really rack up the calories without much eating.

like others have said.. eat bigger meals! helll, cook up 2-3 cups of oatmeal and have 8 eggs for breakfast, bring another cup- 1.5 cups of oatmeal and a can of tuna for your 11 lunch, bring a few handfuls of nuts in your pockets ( in baggies ) to eat during class, then eat another large dinner when you get home, then snack again around 6:00 and eat a cup of cottage cheese before bed.. easy to get 3500 cals bro.. be dedicated :) hell, yesterday i was on a binge and ate over 6000 lol, it was crazy..

I have found a great bulking food: Cereal in skim milk.

I eat most of the Post Selects ( banana nut crunch, maple pecan, and the regular pecan/almonds), they have like 300 calories with skim milk for 1/2 - 1 cup bowl, fills you up pretty well, lots of complex carbs from rolled oats, some healthy fats from walnuts/almonds/pecans, and not a lot of sugar or sat. fats. protein is pretty high too for a cereal :)

Skim milk? Unless you're on a clean bulk, I'd go with whole milk, or even half & half.
