I have no problems with vegiterians, everyone has a place on the food chain.

I am a vegetarian, but not a bodybuilder (yet). I am just working on my fitness and bodyfat for the time being. :)

Vegetarians allow themselves milk (sometimes eggs); vegans do not consume any animal products.

Hold on a minute. tuttut I get all the quality protein as a vegatarian. All we vegatarians need to do is eat dairy, eggs, and mix our grains with our beans. My diet is over 30% protein - it could be more if I wanted.
The simple fact is killing animals is cruel. We can get the protein we need from them through milk and eggs with out having to slaughter the innocent.

Think about what you are saying.... Eggs? Milk? Those aren't the most humane foods. Milk? Sows are kept pregnant 24/7 perpetually by drugs and are never let out of their little stall. Eggs are the same way.

I only eat freerange eggs sanctioned by the RSPCA, The British equivalent of the humane society, and in Britain milk comes from herds that are not kept in stalls but fields.

Freerange chickens? So is it like an easter egg hunt to find the eggs?
If practical I am for free range, treating the animal humane.
