Applesauce

I've noticed some of you guys are eating alot of applesauce. Is there something i'm missing? :confused:

I would have thought apple sauce was full of suger. I dont touch suger so I wouldnt even think about it.

There is nothing special about applesauce and it is quite high in sugar (~25g per cup), and you would be better off eating an apple.:)

Although I have seen people use applesauce when baking, in place of other ingredients.

i think a lot of people eat applesauce as a snack instead of a candy bar because its nice and sweet :)
