I was just curious what everyones favorite types of creatine and what brand is there favorite to use??
I use 100% creatine monohydrate made my body tech

You can buy it at most places that sell home brewing supplies or you can order it online.

Dextrose is just glucose, which is a type of simple sugar (monosaccharide). Table sugar, sucrose, is composed of glucose and fructose. It is also a simple sugar but it is a disaccharide, so no they are not the same.

I have tried a few brands and have only felt an impact from the supplement when I took the EAS Phosphagen HP product.
before that I had tried an EAS pure creatine powder, a pure GNC brand creatine powder, and one other brand, perhaps prolab...
Same dosages, always mixed with grape juice, per many things I've heard and read about creatine bonding to fructose...
EAS Phosphagen HP won the race...
and if it works, who cares about quibbling over small cost differences

I bought mine from the discount supplement place I get all my stuff from...it's just plain powdered creatine. I mix it with a scoop of powdered Gatorade mix and add hot water to dissolve and make a nice, nuclear blue power tea :) Looks good, tastes great...
