If this is the same diet that is advertised through Men's Health (Testosterone Advantage Program), then it is based on 1g of protein per lb. of bw and then the rest of your cals are split evenly between carbs and fat. I doubt you are going to see any significant difference between this diet and an isocaloric, 40/30/30, etc.
