well i thought its time for me to make a journal.

well monday im going to start back heavy.

monday:
chest and tri and abs

tuesday:
back and bi's and abs

thursday:
legs and abs

friday:
shoulders and abs

im going to keep changeing the exercises in which i use each week, but im going to do 4 exercises for the bigger parts(chest,back...) and 3 for the smaller (bi tris)

also i plan on doing some type of cardio every day of the week. basketball, racketball, running something

PLEASE feel free to give me pointers on my workout

and my Cardinal Mooney Cardinals took it to the Potters two weeks ago. :D

yeah pretty close to the YO. i got a few buddys from there. right now i workout at kent state's rec. i used to go to the crappy eastliverpool Y.



Split looks good and that's a lot of ab work

you think i should do abs only 2 or 3 times a week?

Shoulders get a day all by themselves? What does a typical shoulder day look like? I'd also recommend dropping direct ab work to 2 days per week, especially if its weighted. Everything else looks good. Keep us updated!!

well my gym was closed on monday becouse of holiday. so on tuesday i went ahead with my back and bi day. i forgot my pad so i dont have the weights for you but, i did something like...

latpulldown 3x8
machine rows 3x8
shoulder shrug 3x10
pull ups 2x failure
standing dumbell curls 3x10
preacher curl 3x10
hamers 3x10

Everything else looks good. Keep us updated!! well junior im at the rec almost every day, running or basketball, so ill just make the most of it. my typical shoulder day goes something like...
militarty or upright rows, side laterals, reverse pec dec, and some shrugs.

im going to take your advice and drop abs to 2 days a week, probley on shoulder day and back/bi day.

ill have you guys an update later today, becouse i have to play make up with my chest/tri day

well i decided to just skip my chest day that i missed cuz of holiday. i could use the day off anyways....

no to todays workout shoulders.

upright rows 3x10 (85)
side laterals 3x10 (25's)
rear lateral (i think thats what there called) 3x10 (20's)
dumbell shoulder shrugs 1x12 (55's) 1x12(60's),1x12 (65's)
hanging leg lifts 3xfailure

its was kindda get in get out workout, becouse i was afread of getting a ticket:D

sorry for the lack of updating latley, i have been going through a extreamly tough part in my life:( , but im just going to use that anger and put it into my workouts. i promise i have an update tomorow.

well today was chest(my weekest body part)and triceps

flat dumbell bench 65'sx8, 65'sx8, 65'sx6
incline dumbell flys 30'sx8, 30'sx8, 30'sx8
dips 3xfalure

over head dumbell press 55x8, 55x8 ,50x8
tricep cable pressdown 110x10, 120x8, 120x8

hanging legraise 3xfalure

cardio: pickup games of basketball

postworkout shake: 2 scoops of whey with banna in milk(cant stand water/whey), can of tuna with natty pb sandwich. yummmmm


overall a nice quick workout. i think i need to up my water intake becouse i didnt sweat as much as i usaly do playing basketball

today was bi/back day for me...

standing barbell curl: 85x8, 85x8, 85x8
seated alternating dumbell curls: 35'sx8, 35'sx8, 35'sx8
preacher curl machine: the weight i dont think is right but...90x10, 90x10, 90x10

latpulldown: 145x8, 135x8, 130x8
cable latpullover: again the bar weighted alot so it took away from the weight on the stack. 100x8, 100x8, 100x8
machine row: 135x8, 130x8, 125x8

*i could of done alot more weight, but i forgot my straps, so my grip when way too eary.

*i couldnt do shoulder shrugs so im doing them thursday with shoulders.

cardio:kicked my roomates butt in racketball for an hour

i was unable to lift thursday , damn i missed another one

but anyways today was leg day, just to let you know i havnt done legs for atleast 2 months.

squat 185x8, 205x8, 205x8
legpress 270x8, 320x8, 320x6
leg curl 120x8, 120x8, 130x8
single leg extentions 70x8, 80x8, 85x8
seated calf raises 145x12, 145x12, 145x12
standing calf raise*

dumbell shoulder shrugs: 65'sx12 , 70x12, 75'sx12
^i did a set of shoulder shrugs that i didnt get to do tuesday.

*i used body weight on a block of wood. i did 20 calfraises then right after did a set of single leg calf raises for 12 count, then the other leg, then finished the set off with 20 more both leg calf raises. i do this 3 time. and boy will your calfs be screaming

-didnt do any cardio, becouse my leg was dead. i couldnt walk up
the stairs, you gotta love that feeling

postworkout shake: 2 scoops of whey with banna in milk ,can of tuna with natty pb sandwich. yummmmm

*my tricep workout was so messed up i dont even feel like listing the weight. some guy wanted to work in with me, i let him becouse i thought he would do the same exercise as me, but nope he took off my rope and put on the handles and did cable chest flys. this pissed me off. if someone ever askes me again to work in with me, no will be my answer

cardio: a light jog back to my dorm, becouse i was missing monday night raw :D

cardio:played racketball for only 20mins, cuz my roomate rolled his ankle

postworkout: 2 scoops whey in milk, natty pb sandwich, and a powerbar
