So how much does it help? Whats the best form to take it in? I heard it mentioned that it can cause water retention in the muscles. Whats the deal with that?

Only my humble opinion but i never got any great benefits from it.. eventually stopped taking it...

Well I heard the benifits are not that great. i heard it might allow one to pull off one extra rep. I suppose a professional that is always looking for the extra edge could take advantage of it. I guess for a regular guy like me its probably not worth the expense.

Having seen your pics your're very cut, what with the vascularity.. i'd say you'd be likely to lose some of it due to creatine retaining the water.. i just felt bloated all the time and did little to give me any boost.. though i know many will disagree.. but thats just IMO..

Yeah thats why I mentioned the water retention. i wouldnt want anything messin with my cut. im not very big so definition is my strong point.

That's the whole point, for your muscle cells to retain more water and swell.
