I've been giving 5x5 a shot, with this schedule:
Day 1- Chest, calves, neck, wrists
Day 2- Back, shoulders
Days 3&4- off
Day 5 Arms
Day 6 Legs
Day 7 Rest
Now I want to get rid of my gut, so I'm gonna start doing cardio. I was thinking 2 35-40 min sessions. I thought it'd be better to space them out, so I was gonna do it on days 3 & 7 but wasn't sure it was a good idea to do cardio day after legs. Input?
